The Command team for South African Amateur Radio Satellite SO-67 have announced world wide opportunities for Amateur Satellite contacts during JOTA weekend (See times below). Compare predicted pass times for your location with these scheduled "On" times to find out when the Satellite will be workable from your area.

SO-67 has some unique operating procedures so if you have never worked this bird, check http://amsatsa.org.za/ for operating tips.

Hope to see you on the birds.

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Sumbandilasat and SA-AMSAT team has released their tentative activation
times for this weekend, and it looks like North and South America will have
many active passes. Keep in mind that many Scouts will be active for JOTA this
weekend, so please make an extra effort to contact them and welcome them to
      amateur satellites.

      73, Drew KO4MA

PS Thank you to the Sumbandilasat and SA-AMSAT team, and also to Ed, N8BBQ for
      calculating the pass times.
