      Balloon on Sunday, October 19th, at aproxamatley 8:30a.m. Central time
      as part of the North Star District BSA Camporee & Jamboree On The Air
      (JOTA) 2009 event.

      You can follow the balloons location, altitude and speed from the

      the day of the flight.

      Simplex Repeater: 46.460/100PL --> The tone is critical to keep the
      repeater out of APRS
