      Don't hold your breath on that one. BSA National will only do something like that if there is a material
      benefit to the BSA. A prime example is the agreement between the BSA and the American Red Cross
      for Wilderness First Aid training. It was put in place in an attempt to get low cost Wilderness First Aid Training
      for BSA adults and youth. It has been generally successful. If the ARRL can't provide the BSA more than it is getting
      from various volunteers than it won't happen.
