Circle 10 BSA conducts one of the largest Radio Merit Badge class in the country at the Plano Texas HamCon, this Saturday June 8th. Class size will be limited to the first 200 enrolled Scouts. To complete their badge the scouts will be on the air between 2:30 and 3:30 pm CST.
Is there a dedicated BSA Dstar reflector? Besides Dstar we have received permission to use K5BSA and will be on.
      1. Echolink Internet connections to the W5FC repeater (146.880MHz + PL 110.9) via W5FC-R, node 37247.
      2. 20 Meters Voice on 14.290.
      3. 20 Meters PSK on 14.070.
      4. Possible Mototrbo UHF on the Gateway.
      5. Possible additional HF band
Spread the word and if your schedule permits for just one hour Saturday, lets help make this a successful event.
Thanks for all you guys do for Scouting and Amateur Radio
