      It was from an Old eBay Posting.... I'm sure you could find a similar Card on eBay.

      PCI card RS232 Serial Card or something of that nature for a title.

       

      Did you manage to try and check the Computers System BIOS settings for any Serial COM1 settings ?

      The card you show looks like it would fit a newer PC slot.  Is it available somewhere?

      As for the DIP Switches the Manual is referring to... many of the older RS232 Serial computer Cards had a set of DIP SWITCHES to configure Port settings.
