Group Description

Saskbirds is a forum for discussions pertaining to the natural history of wild birds in Saskatchewan. We welcome sightings especially of locally rare species, descriptions of interesting behaviour, accounts of field trips, and ornithological observations. Requests for information or help are also welcome.

Please remember to close your message with your name and location. Also, please limit postings to relevant topics (see above) and keep off-topic side discussions and general chatting to more appropriate venues such as personal email or other messaging services.

Posts to Saskbirds are unmoderated, which means that any member can post a message directly to the group without having to wait for approval from a moderator. However, discussion and content are still monitored by list owner/moderator and discussions beginning to deviate substantially from the original topic may be nudged back on track. Spamming or abuse ("flaming") of another member/group will not be tolerated, and may result in the offender's removal.

Attachments are not allowed and will not propagate to members. Commercial messages are not allowed.
