online discussion with author of "Heidegger's Children"
- The Chronicle of Higher Education is sponsoring
a live, online discussion with Richard Wolin, author
of "Heidegger's Children: Hannah Arendt, Karl Lowith,
Hans Jonas, and Herbert Marcuse," a controversial
new book recently published by Princeton University Press,
on Thursday, January 17, at 1 p.m. U.S. Eastern time.
Mr. Wolin, whose writing about numerous thinkers has
attracted both fans and critics, is the subject of a profile
in the new issue of The Chronicle.
