Larry Manfredi is organizing a pelagic out of Marathon in the Keys on Saturday, June 26. It costs $100 and will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Birds seen on previous trips: Cory's Shearwater, Greater Shearwater, Audubon's Shearwater, Wilson's Storm-Petrel, Band-rumped Storm-Petrel, Leach's Storm-Petrel, Masked Booby, Brown Booby, Red Phalarope, Red-necked Phalarope, Pomarine Jaeger, Bridled Tern, Sooty Tern, Brown Noddy. Species that we are looking for this time: White-tailed and Red-billed Tropicbird, and Black-capped Petrel.

This is also a good time of year to go to the Keys: butterflies, specialty birds (the Bahama Mockingbird is still being reported from Indigenous Park in Key West) and who knows what else.

Larry will donate a percentage of the proceeds from the trip to a non-profit organization.

Log onto Larry's website: www.southfloridabirding.com to learn more, or email him at birderlm.@....
