Run was tough by STREND standards, especially coming back up those
hills, I was reduced to a shuffle and thought about walking, run time
suffered: 18:16 Surely no one would disagree with me if I suggested
a 2 1/2% reduction in run time compared to a flat course or track.
This would be about 9 seconds a mile for me.

My stats: Weight 143.2 (used vests for pull, chin and dips)
      Bench 115% 23 reps
      Pull ups at 115% 22
      Shoulder at 60% 23
      Chins at 115% 20
      Dips at 120% 28
      run 18:16 6.35
      Weather: Perfect
Chris had an amazing run of the disciplines with a total of 45 dips!
STREND score 5.93 I should be able to post full results once I
recieve them in a couple of days. The highest open STREND score as a
      7 I believe.
Highlights: 3 Gents in the 50-59 division
Heavyweight: 234 lb! WR 3.4? point factor with 25 reps on bench!

      NEXT UP:
Saturday September 20th: Golden State STREND Championship
inc novice division basic standards and only a 1 mile run x3.3
      divided into reps.
