      Thanks for the ego boost Matt! My vaulting is not quite up to world record standards--every once in a while I get over 12 6 or 13 , but that is about it.

        John You would have taken a silver! Next year ORONO Maine. 800 coming up on the 22nd, tonight 3 sets of 3oo s with slow 100 jog and a 400 between sets.

          800 coming up on the 22nd, tonight 3 sets of 3oo's with slow 100 jog
          and a 400 between sets. Thinking 59/62 for laps.
          I have two masters meets in October that will end my track season, so
          I hope to start incorporating more endurance training and head back
          to the Pump and run in March, see if I can defend my title.
