      What I've noticed is that the more resistance I add the easier the run is. I once did a 30% bodyweight strend and I remembered the run wasn't nearly as bad as when simply using my bodyweight. (Running after maxing out on dips is particularly grueling!).
      I think a Hawaiian Strend would be great! I would definitely fly out there for it. Any other takers out there?

      Wow !! That is impressive Chris ! I've been doing a indoor STREND once a week during the winter. I just subst. the treadmill for the run. I know it's not the same, however it is a good off-season work-out. I have a question for you..... Do you find it more beneficial to do reps at BW + 10% to increase your # of reps or do sets of reps at BW with a shorter recovery period? I realize that your workout is considered the "ELITE" division..... But..... what do you think? It would be nice to put it to the test in Hawaii ! Thanx! Gene
