Group Description

This is for Fans of the Oklahoma Sooners - FOOTBALL mainly but all other sports there too.

The men's and women's highly successful Basketball Teams and the women's softball team - all great!

Sometimes we're down but not out. My main interest is OKLAHOMA FOOTBALL and that's all on our minds this time of year - with OU being predicted to be National Champs again - that's hard to do but we'll be watching and cheering them on.

The rules we have here - is treating others with respect no matter what they say. A little friendly rivalry is fun but lets not get down to trash talking. I have the greatest respect (and fear) of Texas, Nebraska, Colorado, K-State, Texas Tech, Texas A&M, and now {{{{shudder}}}}} Oklahoma State.

I'm a half breed - I like OU best and my wife is a staunch Nebraska Fan - we get along very well, and love the rivalry - as one of the best in the nation. There's a lot of respect between the two teams and they are both very good. Colorado will be the team to beat in the BiG 12 this year as they can beat anyone on a given day. I don't know what it is but they have beaten OU more lately than anyone. YOu can't find much fault with Texas either - we love the rivalry and I know they do - Mack Brown is (like Gary Barnett) extremely smart and good man - not to mention an ex assistant coach at OU!

Up and coming is Kansas, Missouri, Iowa State, and Oklahoma State (no specific order intended) IF the big 12 gets any better - all teams in it will bo 0-11..... arrrrrrrgh!

Does this sound like fun to you - join us then

The dull Blake years are over - we got power!
