      -The matter in the SC came up on 19.12.2003 for further
      hearing.

      -The Catholicose of the Indian Orthodox Church filed a
      rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit already
      filed by H.G Joseph Mor Gregorious Metropolitan of
      Cochin diocese of the Jacobite Syrian Christian Church,
      it contained 200 pages.

      -The judges of SC comprised of His Lordship Justice
      K.G. Balakrishnan and his Lordship justice B.N. Sreekrishna
      granted four (4) weeks time to the Catholicose of the
      Jacobite Church to file counter affidavit

      -Mr. Rohinton Nariman, son of Mr. Fali S Nariman,
      appering for Indian Orthodox Catholicose asked two
      weeks time thereafter to file rejoinder to this counter
      affidavit, which was also granted.

      -Accordingly the case was posted after 6 weeks, the
      exact date of hearing is yet to be fixed. It may be
      fixed this week because court reopened after Christmas
      vacation on 6 January 2003.

      -Mr. Shanti Bhushan, Mr. C.S Vaidyanathan, Mr. P.J Philip.
      Mr.P.K Mnaohar and Mr. A. Raghunath appeared for the Jacobite
      Church.

      -Mr. Rohinton Nariman, Mr. K. George and Mr. E.M.S. Anam
      appeared for the Indian Orthodox Church. Senior advocate
      Mr.F.S Nariman representing Indian Orthodox Church was
      conspicuous by his absence.
