- Dear Friends in Christ,
Yesterday our Church celebrated the Festival of the Holy Cross. Can we find an answer to questions on whether it is right to venerate the Holy Cross below.
Medical Doctor writes 'Lamininsare a family of proteins that are an
integral part of the structural scaffolding of basement membranes in
almost every animal tissue' Yousee Laminins are what hold us together...
LITERALLY. They are cell adhesion molecules. They are what hold one cell of our bodies tothe next cell. Without them, we would literally fall apart.
Here is what thestructure of laminin looks like ...AND THISIS NOT a 'Christian portrayal' of it....If youlook up laminin in any scientific / medical piece of literature, this is what you will see....
Kindly browse for images lamanin or copy paste link below, if it cannot be clicked on in the group mail
Theglue that holds us together.... ALL ofus...(not just Orthodox and Jacobites).. Is in the shape of thecross.
1:15-17 comes to mind.
'He is theimage of the invisible God, the firstbornover all creation. For by him all things were created; things in heavenand
on earth, visible And invisible, whetherthrones or powers or rulers or Authorities; All things were created by him and for him. Heis before all things, and in him All things HOLDTOGETHER.
