Court judgments is not the criteria for suggested mediation in church dispute – Kerala High Court

Last month the Kerala High Court division Bench directed to solve the Church feud through mediators, outside courts. The Jacobite Church today submitted the following personnel for the suggested mediation.

Cardinal Varkey Vithayathil, Joseph Marthoma Metropolitan, Justice Paripoornam, Justice K.T Thomas and other 10 more personalities from the Kerala society.

But “Methran Kaszhi”, suggested a settlement subject to their 1934 constitution and other civil court judgments or leave the claim of church’s ownership by Jacobite faithful.

On this High Court stated that, Court judgments are not the criteria for suggested mediation in church dispute.

Also the High Court stated that it will take contempt of court action against the people who sent anonymous letters to the judges on this subject.

        Dear all
Once again IO Church proved beyond doubt, they are only for the wealth. Not for the soul. As some one always call them as a private limited company in this forum is looks apt for them.

Let hope and pray for the joyful Christmas and news gift from the Kerala High Court as verdict.
