Being a syrian christian,I am delighted to know that some peace initiaves
have taken place by our sister church leaders and welcome the same. It is
really a testing time for both faction leaders to show the world that
whether they stand for REAL CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLE OF FORGIVENESS, LOVE &
AFFECTION, DEDICATION AS LEADERS TO GUIDE SPIRITUALLY THE 2 MILLION
SYRIAN CHRISTIANS OF 2000 YEARS OLD MALANKARA SYRIAN CHURCH.
I am still looking forward for a united Malankara Syrian Church and its
spritual awakenings/teaching enjoyed by me during my childhood.Needless to
say, the education imparted by the old sunday school was really wonderful.
Now it is hopeless. ( legal wrangles started when I was studying in the
Sunday School, I am one of the viticm of not completing the sunday school
studies due the turbulance in the church and I do not want to see that
happens to my next generation.) I still wonder if nations consisting of
MILLIONs of people can rejoin and work together, why small factions of 2
MILLIONS of family members, who enjoyed 2000 years of traditions can not
co-operate. Why few of our spritual leaders have a policy of divide and
Let us all pray to the Almighty to bestow WISDOM to our leaders.
