Tell us more. Do you have the actual film? Have you rolled through the
whole thing, front to back?
Here is how to read the reference:

This means the Kurov records are on Microfilm number 1792394, and are items
2, 3 and 4. It also means there is one other records (probably another
village) is the first record (Item 1) on the microfilm.
