      World Urban Development Congress in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
      September 5-9, 2004.  This important conference will feature
      distinguished speakers and professionals from over 50 countries.  The
      theme of the conference is: Metropolisation: Integration or
      Disintegration.  Core topics include:
