Lecture - Transportation corridors and regional sustainability - UC Berkeley, May 4

Sergio Moraes, a visitor at the UC Transportation Center who teaches at
Itajaí Valley University, Santa Catarina, Brazil, will discuss "The
Transportation Corridors' Permeability as a Factor of Regional
Sustainability." The Roundtable will take place on Tuesday, May 4, at 4
p.m. in the IURD conference room, located at 316 Wurster Hall.
Moraes is an Assistant Professor of Urban & Regional Planning in the
architecture and urbanism college at Itajaí Valley University. He is also
principal in an urban planning office in São Paulo, Brazil. He is enrolled
in the Ph.D. program "Environmental and Urban Structures" at the
Universidade de São Paulo, Brazil.
