      Greetings,

The City and Regional Planning program at OSU will be hosting a
      conference
titled "E-governance: Developing on-line citizen participation tools"
      from
March 3-5th.  This is a very exciting program with speakers from across
      the
nation demonstrating tools that can be used to encourage greater
      participation in planning processes.

This conference features experts from across the United States. This
national conference will include demonstrations of the latest tools
available, case studies of cities who have successfully used online
resources to engage citizens, and discussions of the technical
      challenges
      of on-line participation tools.

Please forward this message to others you believe might be interested
      in
      attending.
