Bruce Katz: The Metropolitan Revolution National Panel Discussion

      Thursday, September 19, 2013  |   12:00 - 2:00 pm   |   UC Berkeley Alumni House

Please join Bruce Katz as he discusses his recent book, The Metropolitan Revolution: How Cities and Metros are Fixing our Broken Politics and Fragile Economy, with a panel of national experts. In The Metropolitan Revolution, Katz explores a shift of power in the United States from Washington and state capitols towards major cities and metropolitan areas, sharing lessons from urban American success stories and the people behind them. Katz is Vice President and Director of the Brookings Institution's Metropolitan Policy Program, and co-led the housing and urban issues transition team for the Obama administration after the 2008 presidential election.

The panel discussion takes place at UC Berkeley's Alumni House. A light lunch will be provided. To register, visit http://brucekatzucb.eventbrite.com/.
