MTC's Prosperity Plan Project Support Intern position in the Planning Section.

MTC is currently seeking a Long-Term Intern that will be working 2-3 days (16-24 hours) per week. This position is budgeted to go to May of 2015.
The person will be working as the project manager's right hand person, he/she will not only perform routine administrative duties. Their responsibilities will be inextricably tied to the success of the project. They will play an important role in project planning, reporting and risk and issue management. Moreover, they will log, manage and analyze information on the progress of the project. For the most part, the person will be responsible for monitoring project schedules and project budgets, preparing project progress reports, and liaising with key stakeholders.
The person considered for this position will be in a graduate degree program, majoring in transportation planning, public policy/administration, or other related field.
MTC is seeking someone with relational database and spreadsheet experience, specifically using Access and Excel Microsoft Office is required, especially excel. Candidate must:
