      Job Description

      Circlepoint is growing! We are looking for an experienced, highly
      motivated, and assertive person to join our dynamic team at either the
      Project Manager or Senior Associate level. Title and responsibilities will
      be commensurate with candidate experience.



      The Senior Associate is responsible for supporting various roles in the
      development and publication of NEPA/CEQA environmental documents,
      including: the writing of complex technical sections of environmental
      documents; may act in a deputy project manager role, graphic development
      and coordination; maintaining and managing electronic files; and
      coordination and management of various subconsultants/vendors.



      The Project Manager has additional responsibilities in marketing and
      business development, although as opportunities arise, the senior associate
      planner may also participate in the preparation of proposal materials,
      including work scopes, budgets, and schedules.
      Desired Skills & Experience

      *Requirements:*

      - *Project Manager:* A minimum five years of direct experience with the
      California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental
      Policy Act (NEPA)
      - *Senior Associate*: A minimum of 3-5 years direct experience in CEQA
      and/or NEPA
      - Bachelor�s degree or equivalent experience in environmental studies,
      urban planning, technical writing, or an associated field
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and
      Excel
      - Exceptional attention to detail
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to
      multi-task and work within allocated budgets and schedules
      - Demonstrated quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) abilities
      - Team player capabilities
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills



      Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and have a current driver�s
      license and access to transportation.
