      San Jos� State University�s Urban Planning Coalition (UPC) is hosting a
      Ph.D Panel on how to apply for doctorate programs. The panel will be held
      on Tuesday, November 27th from 6:30pm to 8:00pm in Clark Hall Rm. 218 at
      San Jos� State. The panelist of professors from the College of Social
      Science, will provide information and tips that would be useful to all
      people who are interested in learning more about the process and
      expectations. This will be a prime opportunity to pick the brains of those
      who have earned their Ph.D in their respective fields.
