      DUTIES:

      This person will be responsible for working with Better Place's
      Solution Deployment and Operations team to develop a Battery Switch
      Station network plan for a major metropolitan area. This role
      supports and contributes to company and departmental goals and
      objectives by performing the following activities:

      • Format geographic data for use in transportation modeling
      • Analyze travel survey data
      • Run optimization model and apply to real-life situations for
      optimum station placement based on predefined objectives

      QUALITIES:

      • Confidence in yourself and your skills
      • Strong problem solving and analytic skills
      • Team player,self-starter,and ability to work with limited direction
      • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
      • Attention to detail, thoroughness and high level of accountability a must


      QUALIFICATIONS:


      • Strong foundational knowledge in traffic assignment models
      • 2+ years of experience using ESRl's ArcGIS software package
      • Programming skills an advantage
      • Strong academic credentials

      EDUCATION:

      • Master's student in civil engineering.transportation studies,
      geography, urban planning,or similar
