      The Silicon Valley Watershed Summit will plan the protection and
      enhancement of the waters and surrounding lands � the watersheds � of Santa
      Clara and San Mateo Counties. The Summit will build sustainability by
      identifying opportunities for on-going collaboration among agencies,
      organizations, businesses and individuals that takes advantage of our
      region's considerable human and biological resources.
