      Join the San Francisco Bay Area Section of the Institute of
      Transportation Engineers for a lunch meeting focused on California's
      High Speed Rail. The meeting panel will provide a project update,
      including opportunities and challenges to its implementation.

      PRESENTERS

      · Randy Rentschler, Metropolitan Transportation Commission's Manager
      of Legislation and Public Affairs, presenting "California High Speed
      Rail: update and MTC's role in the planning of the project in the Bay
      Area"

      · Marian Lee, Executive Officer for Planning and Development at
      Caltrain, presenting "Caltrain plans and projects that benefit high
      speed rail implementation"

      · Brock Winstead, a representative from Senator Joe Simitian's office,
      presenting "An alternative plan for the implementation of high speed
      rail in the Bay Area"
