      A select group of cities in California have developed policies that
      have helped create successful, economically vibrant, diverse,
      attractive, and walkable mixed-use districts and neighborhoods. Learn
      first-hand about the successes of Livermore and Santa Monica.
      Presenters include public officials from both cities, as well as
      professional consultants who have played key roles in implementing
      downtown suburban transformations.
