      The City of Emeryville/Management of Emeryville Services Authority (MESA)
      is seeking two self starters with excellent organizational skills to fill
      the positions of Economic Development Project Coordinator and Housing
      Program Coordinator (working titles). The Economic Development Project
      Coordinator position is responsible for managing a variety of tasks that
      contribute to the overall economic growth and development of the City. The
      Housing Program Coordinator position is responsible for the planning,
      organizing, facilitating and managing the City’s affordable housing
      projects, developing the City’s Housing policies and providing oversight
      of the other housing activities as assigned. Both positions require
      equivalent to a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Public Policy,
      Planning, Architecture or closely related field with two (2) years of
      increasingly responsible experience involving municipal program
      implementation and coordination or a Bachelor’s degree with four (4) years
      of increasingly responsible experience as outlined above may be
      substituted. All applicants must submit a completed City application,

      qualifications of each applicant will be reviewed and those applicants
      that show the best qualifications in relation to the requirements will be
      invited to participate in an oral interview which will include a written
