      of Minority Transportation Officials, Northern California Chapter, for a
      spirited panel discussion and interactive audience question and answer
      session probing these questions: Why isn’t there more diversity in the bay
      area transportation industry? What are the major barriers to success &
      tips for knocking down barriers? Are there greater barriers for minority
      women? Our esteemed and diverse panel of bay area transportation leaders
      provides insights from public sector, private sector, DBE owner, and
      academic perspectives.
