      at 12:00 noon, Friday, February 21, 2003, at the Goldman School of Public
      Policy, 2607 Hearst Avenue in Berkeley.

      Mr. Ford will discuss "Strategies for Urban Poverty Reduction in Developing
      Countries," focusing on the global efforts of the World Bank and other
      international financial and policy institutions.

      The event is free and open to Berkeley students, faculty, staff and the
