      The deepening foreclosure and financial crisis is disparately impacting
      low income families. What are the solutions for the East Bay? A
      data-driven presentation of East Bay housing conditions by Karen Chapple,
      Professor of City & Regional Planning, will be followed by a panel of
      experts who will discuss the foreclosure crisis, federal and state funding
      opportunities, changes in local housing markets, land use policy, and the
      role of non-profit housing developers.

      Linda Wheaton, Assistant Deputy Director of Housing Policy Development for
      the California Department of Housing and Community Development

      Matt Schwartz, President and CEO of California Housing Partnership
      Corporation

      Lynette Lee, Executive Director of East Bay Asian Local Development
