The Project Administrator will be the third member of a team that is
responsible for investor buyouts, financial restructuring and
rehabilitation of BRIDGE's portfolio of properties. The Project
Administrator will provide administrative support to a Vice President and
a Project Manager, reporting to the Vice President.
? Supporting Vice President and Project Manager with a wide variety of
? Assistance with financial, legal, and construction related activities,
including real estate transactions, loan closings, funding applications,
construction documentation coordination, and other activities
? Facilitate communication and workflow between team members
? Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, etc.
? Maintain efficient and organized filing systems
? Able to work with time sensitive material and meet multiple deadlines
? Previous office experience, preferably in non-profit, housing or
? Effective prioritization and organizational skills
? Good oral and written communication skills
? Proven ability to work independently
? Strong computer skills (MS Office)
? Valid CA drivers license
An interest in affordable housing and community development is preferred.
? Minimum BA/BS degree
