Over the next decade, the Bay Area will spend over $10 billion on
transit investments, creating many opportunities for increased
ridership and strengthened communities near new and existing transit
stations. In partnership with regional agencies, ULI San Francisco is
organizing a series of Technical Assistance Panels around five
Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) plans in the Bay Area.

Please join ULI San Francisco to learn about these plans and
development opportunities through a series of tours of Bay Area TOD
sites. Explore the featured city with its planners and a ULI Technical
Assistance Panel advising the City on its TOD plans. The Panels'
advice will be shared at our 2008 TOD Marketplace on September 26th.

Coffee and light breakfast will be provided at the start of the tour.
Good walking shoes are advised for all tours.

      Cost
      $45 Private ULI Members / $85 Private Non-Members
      $15 Public Members / $45 Public Non-Members
