Below is the announcement for the 2007-2008 Graduate Equity Fellowship Awards.
The purpose of the Graduate Equity Fellowship Program is to encourage and assist students in their pursuit and completion of a Master's degree and careers in post-secondary education. This fellowship is only available to California resident graduate students with a minimum financial need of $1,000. In order to find out if students are eligible to receive financial aid, a student must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application form and submit it to the Financial Aid Office. http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/
A copy of the FASFA form must be attached to the Graduate Equity Fellowship Program application form. The Graduate Equity Fellowship application forms are available in Graduate Studies & Research, Student Service Center, 9th and San Fernando Street. Completed applications are due into Graduate Studies and Research on or before close of business Monday, June 25th, 2007 at 4:30pm.
