      with others of Oakland's downtown workforce as over 100 dynamic
      businesses and organizations showcase their contributions to
      Oakland's sustainable urban environment.

      Bring your used household batteries - enter a raffle for prizes and
      find out about 75 new places to recycle them in Oakland.

      Learn the latest about office recycling, green building, and more.

      Savor organic produce at a Farmer's Market.

      Exchange your mercury thermometer for a digital thermometer – bring
      it in a zipper bag to prevent spills.

      Tour the event to win prizes. Attendees will receive a "passport,"
      and those who visit an exhibitor representing each of the Expo's
      seven theme areas can enter completed passport at the City Pavilion
      to win prizes. The theme areas are Energy, Waste Reduction, Urban
      Design, Urban Nature, Transportation, Environmental Health, and
      Water. (Theme areas are based on the Urban Environmental Accords).
