      The Center for Creative Land Recycling (CCLR or ?see clear?) is a nonprofit that repairs fractured communities and discourages urban sprawl through creative private, public, and nonprofit partnerships.

The workshop will bring together each of the major providers of funding for environmentally-challenged properties, including:

      -Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA)
      -Economic Development Administration (EDA)
      -CA Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)
      -State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB)
