      Announcement

Select photographs, from the planning report of Joy Neas, will be on exhibit at the Historic Hotel Stockton as part of the Downtown Stockton Art Walk on Friday, July 14 from 5 – 8 pm.
The majority of the photographs presented feature Tucson, the case study of Joy’s planning report entitled, “THE VALUE OF THE ARTS, HISTORY AND CULTURE IN DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION (MOVING FROM THEORY TO PRACTICE).” Additional photographs of successful art planning highlight the cities of Cameron Park, Oakland, San Jose and San Diego, California.
Joy will be available to discuss the images and text in the exhibit. She looks forward to this being the first of many exhibits and discussions designed to increase the value of the arts, history and culture in downtown revitalization.
