      Title: Urban Planner

      Job Description:
      A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a professional planner for a
      public agency is required, including some familiarity with CEQA/NEPA
      analysis. A working knowledge of CEQA and basic State of California planning
      and zoning law is also required. Must be a team player, fast-learner, and
      creative thinker with initiative and strong research and communication
      skills. Position will involve project review and permit processing with city
      and county planning departments, and preparation of environmental documents
      and studies for challenging water, development, and energy projects.

      Keys to Hire:
      A minimum of three years Urban Planning Experience. The ability to provide
      exemplary support to city and county staff Familiarity with CEQA NEPA and
      preparation of reports and environmental documents. Experience dealing with
      clients, subcontractors, and permit processing.
