      Job Description:
      The position’s chief responsibility is to help design and deliver effective
      workshops and training curricula and to support senior program staff with
      training programs; analyze financial statements of non-profit grant
      applicants and consulting clients and prepare a written summary of the
      financial analysis.  The Associate position requires a highly motivated,
      well-organized professional with a background in community development
      finance, commercial real estate development, and/or nonprofit facility
      development, plus strong program coordination, technical assistance and
      communication skills.  The ideal candidate is someone who understands the
      needs of nonprofit organizations in the Bay Area, is familiar with nonprofit
      community facility and/or other real estate projects, enjoys working in an
      active and expanding nonprofit, and thrives in a friendly, cooperative, and
      fast-paced environment.
