      CSU Long Beach is seeking several experienced Planning project managers for numerous campus projects. This position develops complex plans and specs and works with construction mgt. personnel during construction; enforces all building codes and design standards; works with campus clients; and obtains all plan reviews. The successful candidates will have 5 years project mgt. experience; proficiency with personal productivity and Microsoft Project software, and possess excellent design and interpersonal skills. The positions offer an exciting professional challenge and opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects.

      Project Manager (Permanent): Salary $75,000 to $95,000 -- Job #001029
      This position requires a California architects license and focuses on larger scale projects.

      Project Managers 2 (24-Month Appointments): Salary $70,000 to $85,000 -- Job #001030
      For these positions a California architects license is preferred, focuses on multiple, smaller scale projects; with familiarity of CAD software.
