Subject: 11th National Conference on Planning History

The Society for American City and Regional Planning
      History (SACRPH) is
pleased to present full program and registration
      information for its 11th
National Conference on Planning History, to be held
      October 20-23, 2005, at
the Omni Colonnade Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida.

      The conference information, available at
      http://www.urban.uiuc.edu/sacrph/,
includes details of sessions, plenary events,
      complimentary receptions,
      and
tours. The conference includes a keynote address from
      historian David
      G.
Gutierrez, UC San Diego, and a plenary panel featuring
      Donna Shalala,
      former
Secretary of Health and Human Services and President,
      Miami University.

In addition to featuring prominent scholars and
      planning practitioners
discussing the past and future of North American urban
      and metropolitan
areas, the conference includes a strong focus on South
      Florida and
      international planning issues.

Please let your faculty and students know of this
      event. I look
      forward to
      seeing you in Coral Gables.

      Best,

      Eric Sandweiss
