Description of Duties: Full-time position working directly with a Project Manager/Associate and
assisting in leading a design team in preparing work for a variety of projects including:
preparation of urban design and land use/transportation guidelines and standards, the preparation
of construction documents for urban design and streetscape projects, the urban design of mixed-use
neighborhoods and districts, creation of “green” redevelopment guidelines, and the preparation of
Desired Qualifications: Candidates must have strong graphic, research, organizational, and written
and verbal communication skills. Master’s degree in city and regional planning, landscape
architecture, and/or architecture, and a minimum of 4 years experience in a design office is
required. Proficiency in hand drawn and computer graphic abilities (Adobe suite), InDesign and MS
Office suite required. Strong CAD (AutoCAD or r14), and GIS skills desired.
