      One last thing:

I was at a meeting earlier today regarding a housing study to be
commissioned by Bay Area Transportation & Land Use Coalition and the Non
Profit Housing Assn of Northern CA.
Present was a professional planner who received a fellowship thru this
      program 2 summers ago.
Mr. Russo's previous work can be found at:
      http://dcrp.ced.berkeley.edu/students/rrusso/parking/Developer%20Manual/index.htm
He received the fellowship as a grad student at UC's planning school - now
he works for Nelson/Nygaard as a transportation planner.
He will be doing the study for the above-mentioned 2 groups.
      Try to make it tonight!
