      Andrew Campbell will report on the methods and results of a recent
      stated preference survey conducted in Beijing. The project tested
      traveler sensitivity to trip and mode attributes such as distance and
      cost as well as environmental attributes including air quality,
      temperature and the presence of bicycle lanes.
