This dinner is totally vegan and totally health-supporting, prepared without eggs, dairy, honey, oil or added sugars. And, it is all you can eat, as long as the food lasts. Bring a container to take some home with you. Made with skill by Patricia Allen Koot, NC, certified Nutrition Consultant, this dinner is sure to please your palate and nurture your health.
After dinner, enjoy a vitally important lecture on Neuroendocrinology. Neuroendocrinology is the study of the interactions between the nervous system and the endocrine system, the science of how hormones and glands interact with the nervous system. Vanessa Juliana Petker, researcher, writer, therapist, will explain why a proper understanding of Neuroendocrinology is vital to health, well-being, weight management and brain health. Food and lifestyle decisions impacting brain functioning will be addressed.

It all happens this coming Wed., Feb. 1 at 6 pm, at the Opera Plaza Community Room, 601 Van Ness, San Francisco. Take the elevator to the first floor, then security will key you down to the mezzanine for the event.
A fifteen dollar requested donation covers the all you can eat vegan dinner AND the lecture. This is possible because both the nutritionist and the lecturer are donating their time for the benefit of the community. Funds go toward facility rental, food, transport and related costs.
