Wed., July 6, at 6 pm: Olive oil has frequently been touted as having therapeutic properties and acclaimed as an important component of the 'Mediterranean Diet.' But recent clinical studies have raised questions about this! This Wed. evening, July 6 at 6 pm, see the rest of the story. Watch several health experts weigh in on the question, including Jeff Novick, RD, Jeff Nelson, founder of Healthy Lifestyle Expo, and more. As the experts weigh in via video, live discussion will ensue, with response from a certified Nutrition Consultant. This Wed. evening, find out the truth about olive oil. You might be amazed at what comes to light in this surprising study.

But first, enjoy a fabulous vegan dinner, totally vegan, totally health-supporting, prepared without ANY oil or added sugars. The dinner is all you can eat, as long as the food lasts. And, bring a container to take some home with you for the rest of the week. This will be a therapeutic dinner, prepared by a certified Nutrition Consultant, with ingredients carefully selected to help people handle the stresses of urban living. This is not vegan fast food. It is a full-course meal, with every component carefully selected to result in a nutritionally balanced dinner. Watch for the menu to be posted on Tuesday morning.

It all happens this Wed., July 6 at 6 pm, at the Opera Plaza Community Room, 601 Van Ness, San Francisco. Take the elevator to the first floor, then security will key you down to the mezzanine for the event.

A fifteen dollar minimum requested donation covers the all you can eat vegan dinner plus the presentation and discussion about olive oil. This is an incredible deal for the SF Bay Area. It is made possible because the chef volunteers her time. Funds go toward facility rental, food, transport and related costs.
