Come to Opera Plaza, SF, this Wed., Feb. 9, at 6 pm, and learn how to make delicious, healthy and sensuous aphrodisiac foods just right for Valentine's Day. And discover the myth, history and lore that surrounds them. Lisa will demonstrate how to make 2 different Romance Shakes, a Lover's Salad, and her Romantic Ranch Dressing.       But first, enjoy a fabulous vegan dinner, a nutritionally balanced complete meal, handcrafted by Patricia Allen Koot, NC, certified Nutrition Consultant. Patricia's dinners continue to receive outstanding reviews, and she has developed a reputation as one of the Bay Areas's outstanding chefs. Yet she performs her food artistry in a totally health-supporting way, using no eggs or dairy, and no oil or added sugars, or fermented products other than optional kombucha drinks.       ABOUT THE PRESENTER . . .

      Lisa Books-Williams (Lisa@...) is an award-winning raw food chef and a certified Green Chef instructor through Greenivore. Lisa enjoys promoting the concept of "joyful eating" and has been conducting living foods preparation and vegan cooking classes through her company Holistic Therapeutic Care in the Pleasanton, CA and surrounding areas for the past seven years. Lisa also founded the Tri-Valley Vegetarian Society and hosts regular potlucks and events.

      Additionally, Lisa is a nationally Certified Therapeutic Recreation
      Specialist and has brought therapeutic vegan cooking classes and
      raw/"live" food preparation classes to persons with disabilities in
      institutionalized care and at-risk youth.
