      Our vegan chef, Patricia Allen Koot, NC, certified Nutrition Consultant, has provided us a partial menu for the New Year's vegan dinner this Wed. evening the 5th at 6 pm:

      Baby Spinach Salad with Pomegranate Vinagrette (oilfree, low sodium)

      Roasted Red Pepper White bean dip served with crudites

      Creamy vegetables featuring cauliflower, carrots & turnips

      Alubias Fabuloso y Muy Rico

      Savory Spanish Entree

      Quinoa & Barley Pilaf

      Blueberry Fig Bars

      GT's No. 7 Raw Kombucha and pressed apple beverages

      The meal is totally vegan and totally health supporting, prepared without oil or added sugars. This Spanish-themed dinner is sure to be delicious. And it is ALL YOU CAN EAT.

      Start the New Year off with a bang, vegan style. And enjoy a kombucha toast!

      After dinner, stay for a presentation and discussion about vegan new year's resolutions and a planning session for events and presenters over the next six months. Especially if you know of possible presenters, do let us know.

      The all you can eat vegan dinner is yours for a requested minimum donation of $15.00. The chef donates her time. Donations go toward facility rental costs, food and related items.

      It all happens at Opera Plaza Community Room, 601 Van Ness, San Francisco. Take the elevator to the first floor, then security will key you down to the mezzanine.
