Our accomplished vegan chef, Patricia Allen Koot, NC, has just now disclosed the menu for this evening's vegan dinner at the Red Victorian. Here are some of the taste sensations which will be featured:

1. Traditional hearty tomato ragu lasagna
2. Roasted red pepper and herb lasagna (tomato free)

Our featured presenter this evening is Dr. Ken Howayeck, who will be speaking on osteoporosis and veganism. Dr. Howayeck will also be offering ultrasound bone density scans this evening, for a nominal fee of only $15.00, starting at 5:45 pm.
